Shipping Policy

Our shipping rate is a flat fee of $7 and orders over $150 ship for free. Orders will be processed within 3 days of receiving. Orders are shipped out of Argyle, Texas. Depending on how far you are located from Argyle, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed. (Excluding holidays and weekends.) 

If you would like your ordered expedited, we will gladly ship via Priority Mail for a fee of $15.00  Please make sure you check the "Priority Shipping" option at checkout! These orders will be processed faster and typically take 2-3 business days to ship via USPS.

If you live within the "76226" zip code, clever33 boutique will gladly deliver your package for a flat fee of $5.00. Please make sure you click on the "76226" button at check out. Please note-Should you return an item that was "delivered" via this option, you will not be refunded the $5.00 delivery fee.  

Lost or Stolen Packages: Please understand, when you place an order with us, the liability is between you and USPS. We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as "delivered," but once the package has been scanned as "delivered," we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please see below our recommendations to help track your package.

*   Confirm shipping address you entered is correct.

*   Contact USPS w/tracking # to see where your package was dropped off.

*   Check neighbors to see if package was accidentally left at wrong address.

*   USPS sometimes updates tracking info as "delivered" prior to the actual delivery happening. Please wait 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
