Return Policy/Legal

As always, we hope that you love everything that you purchase from clever33 boutique.  However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item that you purchased. Online/In Person purchases are eligible for store credit/refund less a $5 processing fee, if returned within 10 days of receipt of your purchase with written confirmation from us. After this timeframe, your items would not be eligible for return.  Please note: All costs related to shipping/delivery fees will not be refunded. 

Please tap on the "Contact Us" link and send us an email with your return request. We will follow up ASAP!  A copy of our return email confirmation must be included with the item/s you are returning in order to be processed.

All Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and still have all of the tags/labels attached as received. This includes NO makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette smells, or stains of any kind. We hate to even write all that....but we've all seen it happen before! 

Please wrap your item neatly in something to protect it when packaging to ship it back to us. Include a copy of the packing slip as well.

Any item you receive that is damaged must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@clever33boutique.com and include pictures of any damage. 

If an item is returned, and it does not meet the return requirements, clever33 boutique reserves the right to decide whether a store credit will be issued. If no credit is issued, the customer will be contacted, and they will be responsible for paying any/all fees related to shipping the item/s back to the customer.                                      

Once we receive you item, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. 

Sale Items and any Discounted Items are Final Sales. Discounts may not be combined as well.

If you use a discount code to purchase items, those items will be considered Final Sale.

Other items that are considered Final Sale include accessories, bodysuits, swim wear, leggings, pajama sets and athletic wear. Due to hygiene reasons, clever33 can not accept any of these items back. 

All footwear items must be unworn and in their original condition to be considered for a return. They must include their original, undamaged box/packaging. Upon return, please make sure the original shoe box is packaged inside a separate box for shipping for protection.

As much as we disliked having these policies written, we know that you will understand. Thank You!!
